Serving with quality and care since 1993

After a career with the Greek Merchant navy and operating restaurants in Greece, Elias Neofitos with his wife, Maria Neofitos, emigrated from Kefalonia, Greece in December 1998, and acquired Olympus Burgers. With their children (Evangelos, Angeliki, and Marina) this Greek-American family embraced the restaurant business and began sharing their love of Greek food and culture with their clientele. The success of their restaurants is due to the overwhelming support and love of the local community and the family’s commitment to hard work, warm hospitality, and offering the greatest Greek food possible.

Managers Raphael Sanchez and Roman Velazco are critical members of the team and assist Elias and Maria in the daily operations of the restaurants. Special attention is given every day to provide consistent quality and the best possible customer service. Exquisite pastrami selections, gyros, and daily prepared chicken and pork souvlaki; along with homemade tzatziki sauce; places Olympus Burgers in a class all its own.
